Tire Technician - Scottsbluff

Position Overview

The Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing, rebuilding, calibrating, and relearning TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintaining equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Ability to frequently lift weight between 35-75 pounds and perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking, and standing

Pay: $14.85 - $23.15 per hour for full‑time positions.
