Customer Service Representative Scottsbluff, NE

Legacy Coop is looking for a full‑time friendly, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our administrative team in Scottsbluff, NE. In this role you will provide excellent service to phone and walk‑in customers, process customer payments, and answer account‑related questions. The position is on‑site/in person ONLY and the ideal candidate lives in or around Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

• Assist customers by phone or in‑person with questions regarding their statements, patronage, equity, etc.
• Troubleshoot questions for customers by doing required research.
• Set up new customer accounts including patronage, charge, and fuel and make appropriate cards for accounts and the customer.
• File and store essential records and paperwork as directed.
• Support office staff with general clerical duties including directing incoming calls and walk‑in customer traffic.
• Balance cash drawers daily.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1‑3 years of related experience or training.
• Working computer knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Accuracy and speed are essential.
• Ability to learn new computer software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
