Customer Service Representative; CSR

Legacy Coop is looking for a full-time friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our administrative team in Scottsbluff, NE. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to phone and walk-in customers, process customer payments, and answer account-related questions. This position is on-site/in person ONLY so the ideal candidate lives in or around Scottsbluff, Nebraska

The Customer Service Representative position is full-time and comes with Legacy Coop's full-time benefits package including retirement, 401K, holiday, vacation and sick time, as well as competitive pay.

• Assist customers by phone or in-person with questions regarding their statements, patronage, equity, etc. Troubleshoot questions for customers by doing required research.
• Set up new customer accounts including patronage, charge, and fuel and make appropriate cards for accounts and the customer.
• File and store essential records and paperwork as directed.
• Support office staff with general clerical duties including directing incoming calls and walk-in customer traffic.
• Balance cash drawers daily.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of related experience or training.
• Working computer knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Accuracy and speed are essential.
• Ability to learn new computer software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
