* This position will cover the counties of: SCOTTS BLUFF, BANNER, CHEYENNE, DEUEL, GARDEN, KIMBALL AND MORRILL
* Office Location to be determined by where employee is located - can be located out of any of the counties mentioned. If location close to one of our offices in Scottsbluff or Sidney will be located out of one of those offices.
The Title I, Part C Education Program is a federally funded program that provides educational services for migrant children to help reduce obstacles that result from repeated moved across school district boundaries. All Title IC services are based on the individual needs of the migratory children that it serves. The word migrant refers to the mobility of an individual or family.
Job Title: Title 1C Education Service Provider
Department: Title 1C Education
Education Level and Certification: High School Diploma or GED. At all-times maintain a valid drivers' license. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Reports To: ESU 13 Title 1C Education Project Coordinator
Terms of Employment: Schedule 6 / Full-time 240 days / Full Benefits
Performance Responsibilities and Job Tasks
The primary responsibility of the Title 1C Education Service Provider is to work with schools to support qualified students in their education, provide educational resources and educational advocacy, as well as guide parents of qualified students through the educational process.
Essential Functions: The essential functions of the Title 1C Education Service Provider position include: (1) regular, dependable in-person attendance on the job; (2) the ability to perform the identified tasks and to possess and utilize the identified knowledge, skills, and abilities and to perform the identified work activities; and (3) the ability to perform the following identified physical requirements.
