Design & Development Engineer - Heavy Equipment

American Mixer & Delivery is growing - and we're looking for a Design & Development Engineer or an experienced Product Development Designer who enjoys designing complex equipment and seeing designs turn into real products.

This isn't a role where drawings are created and handed off.

This is an opportunity to design complex products and work closely with the people building the equipment.

You're someone who:

• Thinks about manufacturability and serviceability while creating designs
• Likes working closely with production teams
• Takes pride in organized documentation
• Wants to improve products rather than simply maintain them
• Enjoys seeing concepts become finished products

As Design & Development Engineer or Product Development Designer, you'll help:

• Design new equipment and components
• Create manufacturing and assembly drawings
• Maintain Bills of Material
• Assist with manufacturing routings and documentation
• Improve product quality and reliability
• Support production troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Mechanical Engineering
• Product Development
• CAD Design
• Mechanical Drafting
• Heavy Equipment, Agricultural Equipment or Industrial Machinery
• Manufacturing Support
