Tax - Staff to Director - public accounting

Southwest Accounting Resources, Inc. is recruiting tax professionals at all levels—from Staff up to Senior Manager—for immediate full‑time opportunities with a growing CPA firm in Scottsbluff, NE. • Perform complex tax preparation, tax research, and tax planning.
• Advise clients on tax‑efficient strategies.
• Direct or assist with the compliance aspects of U.S. tax for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, S‑corps, and individuals.
• Review tax estimates and projections.
• Maintain current knowledge of Taxation Codes and Regulations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced tax professional who has spent time in public tax and is looking to transition into a stable, growing environment where they can continue to develop their skill set.

• Must have experience in tax compliance, planning, and preparation.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• Master’s in Taxation (Masters in Accounting or MBA also considered).
• Big 4 or large national/regional tax experience preferred.
