• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and occupational performance with professional care and attention
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to maximize independence
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress, interventions and discharge plans accurately and on time
• Educate patients and families on strategies, adaptive techniques and community resources
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and the Regional West performance expectations

• Licensed Occupational Therapist within the state of Nebraska (required)
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers required upon hire
• Active professional license in good standing
• Ability to begin assignment quickly (posting notes Quick Start)

• Proficient in occupational therapy evaluations and treatment planning
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered care approach
• Clear, timely documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating in an interdisciplinary team environment
• Adaptable to facility protocols and performance expectations
