About the Role
The Practice Manager at Regional West Physicians Clinic (RWPC) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative functions of assigned clinics to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and financial oversight to support RWPC's mission and growth objectives. The Practice Manager will serve as a key liaison between medical providers, administrative staff, and external partners, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
They will implement policies and procedures that enhance operational workflows, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred. High School diploma required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to successfully manage a multi-specialty medical practice or large clinical team.
- Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and patient safety initiatives.
- Experience with strategic planning and change management in a healthcare setting.
- Manage daily clinic operations including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and patient experience.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff to maintain high performance and professional development.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial reports, and billing processes to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and external organizations to facilitate seamless patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
