Description:

Responsible and accountable for radiation oncology procedures as prescribed and directed by the radiation oncologist.
Records delivery of patient treatments in a complete and timely manner.
Demonstrates clinical skills in providing patient care effectively.
Utilizes communication skills when interacting with patients, families, other employees, and physicians.
Performs ancillary duties, such as processing films and assisting with darkroom functions.
Answers telephone calls and accurately transfers calls.
Assists with the transportation of patients to and from the department.
Restocks supplies and notifies the appropriate person when supplies need to be ordered.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
Operates on Low/Mid/High performer expectations; if performance does not meet these expectations, the contract may be terminated.
Holiday coverage may be required.
