Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) looking for an exciting travel contract opportunity in Scottsbluff, NE? We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team for a short-term contract position. Responsibilities:
- Assist occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients as outlined in their treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to help patients improve their daily living skills and achieve their functional goals.
- Provide support and encouragement to patients during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with the occupational therapy team to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient responses to therapy and communicate findings to the supervising therapist.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
- Current certification as a COTA in Texas.
- CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
