Cherry County Hospital & Clinic is seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. This position offers the opportunity to perform high-quality ultrasound procedures in a patient-centered, rural healthcare environment.
Position Highlights- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to produce high-quality images for physician interpretation
- Work under the direction of physicians and supervising technologists
- Collaborate with radiologists and providers to support accurate diagnosis and patient care
- Maintain imaging records and ensure timely reporting to ordering providers
- Follow ALARA principles and all imaging safety standards
- Participate in on-call coverage including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and department organization
- Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program OR radiology program with ultrasound experience
- ARDMS registered or eligible (must be working toward certification if not currently registered)
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound imaging principles and equipment operation
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, staff, and patients
- Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care

Must have graduated from a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Certification Program, an accredited radiology program or began doing ultrasound prior to 2000 and be a registered ARDMS sonographer planning to become certified in the immediate future.
