Job Summary:

The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis. This role requires technical proficiency and adherence to safety standards to ensure high-quality imaging results.

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to capture detailed images of patients' internal structures.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining processes and positioning them correctly.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards at all times.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document patient information and imaging details accurately in records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver precise imaging results.

Qualifications:

• Hold current ARRT certification in MRI.
• Possess BLS certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating MRI technology and related procedures.
• Have strong knowledge of safety standards and patient care practices.
• Display excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Previous experience in an MRI setting is preferred.
