• Build plans for new project development
• Coordinate with teams to assist with resource requirements
• Develop procedures to fill gaps in production
• Manage new vendor account set up and maintain vendor relationships
• Produce reports of financial metrics for annual operating plan
• Coordinates daily duties of Sourcing team
• Develop policies and procedures along with training materials

• 3 years project management experience
• 5 years procurement experience
• Knowledge of six sigma tools, lean manufacturing a plus
• Intermediate MS office skills, Oracle a plus
• Travel less than 30% – including international
