Quick Care Medical Services is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our established urgent care clinic in western Nebraska.

We are intentionally building a collaborative provider environment where experienced clinicians have the opportunity to contribute beyond direct patient care. This role is ideal for a provider seeking professional autonomy, meaningful clinical influence, and a sustainable long-term practice environment.

This is not a heavily corporate or rigidly structured setting. Our providers work collaboratively to support patient care, clinic operations, and shared coverage responsibilities.

Known for its short wait times and compassionate team, Quick Care Medical Services is dedicated to offering same-day attention in a welcoming and patient-centered environment.

Conveniently located on 3210 Avenue B, the clinic is committed to serving the healthcare needs of Scottsbluff and surrounding areas.

Role Description
  • Provide urgent care and family practice services, including evaluation, treatment, diagnostics, and minor procedures
  • Collaborate closely with fellow providers and staff to maintain efficient patient flow and clinic operations
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and operational discussions
  • Support mentorship and team development within the clinic environment
  • Utilize Experity EMR for documentation and care coordination
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, and managing treatment plans
  • Experience with preventive care, chronic condition management, and acute care for minor injuries or illnesses
  • Knowledge of ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Nebraska and ability to obtain DEA registration
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
    Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in urgent care or family medicine is a plus
  • Certified to perform DOT physicals, or willingness to obtain DOT certification upon hire
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program preferred.
  • Predictable baseline scheduling with collaborative flexibility among providers
  • Shared coverage expectations across the provider team
  • Focus on sustainability, communication, and provider satisfaction
