Required:
2 Years - Weekly Pay: $2200 to $2400
- Provide direct nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and prescribed treatments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and document patient progress and promptly report changes in condition
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care guidelines
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting positive patient outcomes
- Active RN License in Nebraska
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and nursing documentation systems
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining quality standards
