ICU/PCU RN – NIGHT SHIFT

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• Experience in ICU/PCU

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU/PCU setting.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

Compliance / Notes:

Must meet low/mid/high performer expectations; contracts may be terminated if performance expectations are not met.
