• Active RN License
• Experience in Med/Surg nursing preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments and medications.
• Monitor patients and maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Respond to patient emergencies and implement appropriate care interventions.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
