Specialized Dialysis Nursing Care

Provide specialized dialysis nursing care to patients in a dynamic healthcare setting. Manage treatment sessions, monitor patient responses, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer dialysis treatments accurately and efficiently according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical condition during procedures.
• Document treatment details and patient responses in Cerner and Fresenius-T systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to address patient needs and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain equipment, ensure sterile techniques, and follow infection control procedures.
• Educate patients on dialysis processes and post-treatment care.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license required.
• Proven experience with Cerner and Fresenius-T systems essential.
• Prior dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days and nights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
