• Setting: Psychiatric Geriatric, Psychiatric Adolescent, and Psychiatric Adult care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Behavioral health, mental health, or psychiatric nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience caring for psychiatric patients across geriatric, adolescent, and adult populations
• Strong communication, assessment, and de-escalation skills
• Ability to work night shift nursing schedules and provide consistent, compassionate patient care

• Provide high-quality psychiatric nursing care for patients in a behavioral health setting
• Complete patient assessments, monitor changes in condition, and respond appropriately to mental health needs
• Support therapeutic interventions and promote a safe, respectful environment for patients and staff
• Administer medications and follow care plans according to clinical protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient progress and treatment goals
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards
