Travel Nurse – General
Schedule:
Varied shifts.
Assignment Details:
Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours/week.
Requirements:
- Active nursing license.
- Minimum experience requirements as specified by the role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely.
Compliance / Notes:
This position may require background checks and drug screenings. Orientation details will be provided prior to the start of the assignment.
