Compensation

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Checkout associates run the registers. They smile, greet, thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. The role may require standing for long periods of time.

• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
• Provide courteous customer service and answer inquiries.
• Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
• Adhere to company policies on cash handling and safety.
• Assist with inventory and restocking as needed.
