Butcher Block Clerk - Main Street Market

Full-time position located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The position comes with a full‑time benefits package including retirement, employee discount, 401(k), holiday, vacation, and sick time, as well as competitive pay.

• Customer service and assistance
• Grind, wrap, weigh, and price product accordingly
• Filling lunch meat case with back stock and new product
• Keep shelves clean and remove damaged or out‑of‑date product from sale floor
• Meet company productivity standards for the department
• Break down equipment, clean and sanitize equipment and cutting room
• Keep back stock organized and maintain back room cleanliness
• Ensure all ad items and in‑store specials are fully stocked at all times and that the department is faced daily and as needed
• Enforce the 10' rule for customer service
• Other duties as assigned

The candidate should be friendly and outgoing with excellent customer service skills, detail‑oriented, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and have an understanding of various cuts of meat and poultry. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
