Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position located in our Scottsbluff, NE location. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing effective sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include presenting products and services to prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their concerns.
  • Sales and Sales Management experience with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to provide Training and support to clients or team members.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Goal-driven, adaptable to market trends, and highly motivated to deliver results.
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
