Sales Consultant – On‑Premise Accounts

Johnson Brothers is a leading family‑owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, serving the North Platte and Scottsbluff areas. We provide sales, account management, and customer service to on‑premise clients such as restaurants and bars.

• Ensure consistent customer contact and handle all related issues promptly.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives across the territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, including necessary paperwork and accounts receivable.
• Deliver effective sales presentations, achieve assigned objectives, and grow business.
• Identify and nurture new accounts.
• Use POS technology to elevate selling efforts and maintain merchandising standards (display size, shelf position, cold boxes, etc.).
• Conduct inventory checks, log orders accurately, and manage product rotation.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and paperwork deadlines.

• BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal‑ and results‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).
