• Operate the following equipment based on the requirements of the project:
  Blade, Loader, Scraper, Crane, Bobcat/Skid‑steer, Boom Lifts/Aerial Lifts, Roller.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Ensure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in the assigned area.
• Perform routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning.
• Observe equipment operation to detect machine malfunction.
• Follow work plans and pre-task cards.
• Provide leadership to other team members and apprentices by displaying resourcefulness, starting work habits, and creativity in problem solving based on information and judgment.
• Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Ability to move levers, shift gears, depress pedals and maneuver steering wheel to operator equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals.
• Knowledge of equipment and their uses.
• Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication).
• Ability to work independently.
• Active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback.

• Equipment certifications as required.
• Minimum one year of related experience.
• Current driver’s license of proper class and necessary endorsements as required by law.
