• Run residential service calls and plumbing repairs with confidence
• Handle remodel plumbing and small-to-mid-size jobs with ownership
• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and explain solutions clearly to customers
• Deliver clean, code-compliant, high-quality work
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
• Keep jobs organized, efficient, and moving forward
• Communicate well with customers, teammates, and office staff
• Mentor apprentices and lead by example

• Current journeyman plumbing license valid for Omaha-area work
• Strong residential service and repair experience
• Ability to run jobs independently and think ahead
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
• Accountability, consistency, and team-oriented mindset
• Respectful, professional, and dependable attitude
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
