We are seeking an experienced Robot Technician to install and integrate customized robotic work cells, primarily involving CNC machines. This role offers a blend of field installations at customer sites and in-house work, with an emphasis on optimizing performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Install robotic work cells integrated with CNC machines, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Apply expertise in industrial robotics, including familiarity with Fanuc robot arms, to execute integrations effectively.
• Manage installations to optimize time, budget, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with management and shop leadership regarding any issues or challenges.
• Develop and implement initiatives for quality improvements or cost reductions, establishing standards where applicable.
• Contribute to project teams, providing support beyond robotics as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers of products and services.

• Experience with PLCs and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven background in installing and integrating robotic systems with CNC machines.
• Ability to travel to customer facilities for installations while splitting time with shop/office work.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Technical degree or higher.
• CAD experience (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD).

This is a full-time day shift position with an hourly range of between $35/hr-$45/hr, determined based on knowledge and experience. We also provide health, dental, vision, and travel expenses.

Based in any major city in the Midwest, with travel to customer sites as required. Preferably in or around Iowa.
