CDL A Drivers Earn $2190/WK & Home Weekly with Rider and Pets Welcome (Full Time)

Class A drivers (with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for a guaranteed salary with extra pay per shipment, great benefits, and the ability to get home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year.

These deliveries are 100% touch. Freight is preloaded, and trailers are hook‑and‑go.

Drivers average about $2190 per week, with three loads per week covering the Midwest and Southeast. All benefits start after 60 days. Drivers receive 3–5 days of paid training on the account, after which they can have a rider and a pet.

• Drivers pick up loads at DC in Iowa; trailers are preloaded, and drivers hook and go.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 and $300 for each trailer unloaded. Drivers average about 900–1,200 miles per week and complete three loads.
• Drivers make 2–4 stops per trailer. Deliveries involve placing boxes weighing 1–35 lbs on a conveyor belt that enters the store; store personnel handle inventory and merchandising.
• Drivers take a 34‑hour reset at home while still on a load. At the start of the week, they finish deliveries and return to DC for the next load.
• Company pays for transportation, hotel, meals during transport, and drivers receive $85 per day for orientation.
• Training on the account is 3–5 days and is paid at $215 per day. After training, the driver may have a rider and a pet.
• Full benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more.

• Must live in any of the following states and areas:
  • AR, IL, MO, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS
  • Within 200 miles of Memphis, TN
  • Within 200 miles of Marquette, MI
  • Either 200 miles east or north of Shreveport, LA
  • Either 200 miles west or north of Jackson, MS
• Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience.
• CDL must be in the state of current residence when you apply.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• May have two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following which you may not have in the last three years:
  • Major traffic violation
  • Preventable rear‑end
  • No rollovers
• Can not have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. Company uses employer verification.
• You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years, but none in a commercial vehicle:
  • 15+
  • Reckless
  • Following too closely
  • Texting or using handheld device
• This is only for personal vehicle. If you have any of these in a commercial vehicle you are not qualified.
