Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 5 AM start time until route finished

Pay: $27.50/hr

• Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations, following predetermined routes and schedules, ensuring on‑time and accurate deliveries while adapting to traffic and weather conditions; adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, company policies, and vehicle safety requirements.
• Safely load and unload beverage products using proper handling techniques to prevent damage or breakage; may stock beverage products and maintain back rooms/back stock areas as requested by store or management; pick up and return pallets, shells and assigned product at each delivery location.
• Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections to identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Use electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records; collaborate with logistics team to ensure accurate inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, both internally and externally.
• Interact professionally with store personnel and establish positive relationships with store managers and staff.
• Maintain a valid CDL‑A license.
• Complete all assigned training and attend scheduled meetings; assist with special projects and events as required.

• High School Diploma (or GED) and/or equivalent degree/certificate.
• CDL‑A License required.
• Interstate License required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business; flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, routes, and delivery demands.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physical capability to lift and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, clients, and team members.
