Full Time/Hourly Position

The Maintenance Technician 2 will provide assistance in all aspects of maintenance such as welding, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Maintenance Supervisor

• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
• Preventive maintenance/repair mobile equipment, furnaces, power supplies and plant operational equipment
• Complete work orders & PM paperwork
• Welding and fabrication
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental processes
• Regular and timely attendance are an expectation of the position
• Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes

• 4 years of Maintenance Tech experience (internally) or 5 years previous documented industrial maintenance or millwright or welding experience within other manufacturing facilities
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required
• Industrial maintenance or millwright or welding experience within other manufacturing facilities

• Advanced mechanical aptitude
• Proficient in MIG and TIG, stick welding, torching plasma, and fabrication
• Self-starter, dependable and work well with other team members.

• Physical Activity:
  Talking, hearing, repetitive motion, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, and climbing stairs.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Exerting up to fifty (50) pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to twenty-five (25) pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Visual Acuity: ability to operate machinery and determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned including to make general observations of facilities.
