As a Restorative Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients who require short-term rehabilitation and restorative services. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, focusing on restoring patients' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your expertise and compassion will empower our patients to achieve their full potential, preparing them for successful transitions back to their communities.

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, developing personalized care plans that address their unique challenges
• Provide direct patient care, including wound assessment and management, medication administration, and treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease management, and prevention strategies
• Document patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of restorative nursing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
