A basic understanding of electronic technology and devices is desirable, but not necessary to apply for this position. The main function of this position is to interact with our guests, ensuring each guest has an exceptional shopping experience. If a guest is unsatisfied, the employee should understand how to help resolve the situation. The goal is to serve guests by learning their electronic/sporting goods wants, interests, and needs, with strong emphasis on developing product knowledge.

• Provide exceptional guest service in a one‑on‑one sales environment.
• Help guests locate items and be familiar with merchandise placement.
• Communicate technical information about electronic devices as provided by the Mezzanine Supervisor.
• Follow policies and procedures of the Mezzanine, including camera warranty, merchandise hold, and charger/accessory procedures for cameras, cell phones, laptops, etc.
• Maintain merchandise organization on fixtures and showcase areas, ensuring a Grand Open Ready condition.
• Keep fixtures and showcases clean and dusted.
• Stock merchandise in showcase areas and on the sales floor accurately and timely.
• Return hangers to proper locations.
• Operate the cash register accurately; maintain neat cash wrap and showcase areas.
• Report suspicious activity or shoplifting to the Asset Protection Manager.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by management.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Light to moderate lifting required.
• Repetitive motion required.

• Up to 28 hours per week; may require early morning (7:00 am) and late evening (8:30 pm) shifts; flexibility in scheduling required.
• Saturdays required.
• All major holidays required, excluding Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
• Wednesday and Friday of Thanksgiving Week required.
• Annual Winter & Ski Event (1st Saturday in November) required.

Reports directly to Mezzanine Supervisor.
