Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of customer‑focused teamwork and a growth‑oriented sales environment.
• Lead store operations to achieve performance results and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Plan and execute merchandise displays, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high‑performing crew, fostering inclusion and diversity.
• Coach and provide feedback to direct reports, collaborating with District Manager and HR on performance and employee relations.
• Oversee payroll budgets, crew scheduling and financial controls.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business results to drive performance improvements.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the District Manager.
• Essential job functions:
  
  operate computer, printer, and cash register; ascend/descend ladders; kneel, bend, twist, and stoop; receive and put away stock; read and execute merchandise layouts, schedules, and SOPs; communicate with customers and staff; move across sales floor and back office.

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, think creatively, and maintain composure under pressure.
