Compensation& Benefits

- Assist store team members in sales, inventory, delivery, and service with a smile.
- Drive store revenue by consistently hitting and surpassing company sales targets.
- Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience such as greeting, assisting, and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support company initiatives.
- Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed.
- Support the Store Manager in all operational duties.
- Sales or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar—all count).
- A positive, motivated attitude and a desire to lead.
- Valid, physical driver’s license held for at least 1 year.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as part of the role.
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
