North Wing Ladies Department Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced North Wing Ladies Department Supervisor to lead and manage the Ladies Department at our Scottsboro location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth within the department.

• Supervise and support the Ladies Department team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and product displays to maximize sales and maintain department standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate department staff to promote professional development and performance excellence.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with store management and other department supervisors to coordinate store-wide initiatives and promotions.
• Monitor sales trends and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

• Previous retail supervisory or management experience, preferably in ladies apparel or related departments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective merchandising strategies.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
