Schedule: Monday a0 Friday, 8 hour days flexible between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Pay: $25/hour
OverviewShort-term AP support role in a manual, evolving environment. Requires adaptability, strong attention to detail, and compliance-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, verify, and maintain W-9 documentation
- Track payments to ensure accurate 1099 reporting
- Prepare and review 1099 forms using internal systems
- Support timely distribution of 1099s and related documentation
- Maintain organized records and process documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve or streamline AP workflows
- Minimum 3 years of recent accounts payable experience
- Hands-on experience with 1099 preparation and reporting
