SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a senior accounting professional who has five+ years of experience preparing financial statements, financial reporting, strong account reconciliation skills and SOX compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Monthly close process including journal entry preparation
- Complex reconciliations.
- Prepares and reviews complex monthly financial statements
- Analyzes transactions and the general ledger accounts for accuracy
- Ensures SOX compliance
- Assists with audits
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 5+ years of related accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- Oracle software preferred
- Advanced Excel skills a must
- Knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting principles
