Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Job requirementsIs your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
- 3-4+ years of Project Accounting background (ideally within real estate but not required)
- Good understanding of Construction projects (Loan Draws, Job costing, tracking projects, AP/AR, tracking preliminary notices, etc.)
- Yardi software experience is highly sought after (but not required)
- Having exposure to commercial properties is a big plus but not required
