Senior Project Accountant – Real Estate firm with $1B+ in assets

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

We are a commercial real estate company that manages, develops and invests in industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial real estate. We have developed over 20 million square feet of projects with a value of more than $1.2 billion across the Southwest.

We are continuing to grow! Our portfolio has grown to over 7 million square feet of commercial facilities under its active ownership and management. 15 million+ square feet of commercial projects with a value of more than $1.18 billion have been designed, developed and constructed.

There is room to grow and become a bigger part of the organization in a relatively short amount of time.

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:

• 3-4+ years of Project Accounting background (ideally within real estate but not required)
• Good understanding of Construction projects (Loan Draws, Job costing, tracking projects, AP/AR, tracking preliminary notices, etc.)
• Yardi software experience is highly sought after (but not required)
• Having exposure to commercial properties is a big plus but not required
