Job Details

We are looking for good Staff and Senior Accountants to join our growing accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have 3‑5+ years of experience, ideally within residential or commercial real estate backgrounds.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Performs accounting functions under manager supervision including job costing, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Handles monthly entries in accounting software
  • Assists with monthly draws for assigned portfolio
  • Reconciles bank accounts and records banking activity
  • Analyzes general ledger accounts and reconciles loans monthly
  • Processes reimbursements to affiliate entities and projects
  • Prepares accounting, asset management, and overhead billing
  • Creates and posts allocation/reimbursement entries
  • Produces monthly financial statements with supporting documentation
  • Supports ad‑hoc projects as needed
