As an Audit Senior
, you’ll take a hands‑on role in client engagements, leading audits, reviews, and compilations while building lasting client relationships and mentoring associates.

• Leading and managing audit, review, and compilation engagements – from planning through completion
• Applying knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation
• Researching and analyzing financial data and audit‑related issues
• Building trusted client relationships and providing actionable recommendations
• Supervising, training, and mentoring team members on audit processes
• Developing an understanding of each client’s business operations
• Supporting additional accounting services as needed

• 2–4 years of audit experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or eligibility a plus)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude
• Commitment to delivering superior client service
  
  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
