Senior Accounting Manager
LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing public company in Scottsdale, AZ, to hire a Senior Accounting Manager. This organization is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a hands-on accounting leader to oversee revenue accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting. The Accounting Manager will play a highly visible role, partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting while driving process improvements across the accounting function.

- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules.
- Oversee revenue accounting activities in accordance with ASC 606, including contract reviews, revenue recognition analysis, and related reconciliations.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
- Support internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules and providing supporting documentation.
- Partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and other business leaders to support accounting initiatives and operational decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and implement automation initiatives.
- Support ERP system enhancements and process optimization efforts, including ongoing improvements within Net Suite.
- Conduct technical accounting research and assist with special projects as business needs evolve.
- Mentor and provide guidance to one direct report while fostering continued professional development.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company accounting policies, and public company reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Experience leading full-cycle month-end close and financial reporting.
- Prior experience reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
- Experience working in an ERP environment;
Net Suite experience strongly preferred. - Public accounting experience and/or public company experience preferred.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing accounting staff is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) - Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 annually + eligibility to earn bonus
