• Tax & Compliance: Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, S-Corps, Partnerships, and Trusts.
• Advisory Services: Act as a year-round consultant for clients, providing tax planning, cash flow analysis, and business valuation insights, along with financing support.
• CFO Services: Advanced Financial Analysis and forecasting guidance as a outsourced and/or fractional CFO.
• Cash Management: Outsourced Finance Function to oversee and act as a fiduciary of client accounts, managing AR, AP and cash flow.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of compiled financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of businesses, fostering long-term relationships.

• True 40-Hour Week: We utilize advanced automation and proactive year-round planning to ensure work is distributed evenly. Even in March and April, we stick to a standard professional schedule. You have opportunities to work additional hours but you are paid for those hours.
• Modern Tech Stack: We use cloud-based tools (Quick Books Online, Pro Connect, Financial Cents) to work smarter, not harder.

• Active CPA License: Must be in good standing with the Arizona State Board of Accountancy.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a public accounting firm (Tax or Audit background).
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Arizona nexus issues and Scottsdale’s business landscape is a plus.
• Tech-Fluent: Proficiency in modern accounting software and an appetite for automating repetitive tasks.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex “tax-speak” into actionable advice for business owners.
