The Financial Accountant II role is a key position that drives financial precision and strategic insights across the organization. This role manages month‑end close activities, including journal entries and account analyses, while conducting trend and variance analyses to provide actionable insights. This position demands technical excellence, attention to detail, and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement and collaboration.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP and understanding of internal controls.
• Participate in the month‑end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare quarter‑end and year‑end audit schedules.
• Conduct detailed account analyses, identifying trends and resolving outliers.
• Analyze period‑over‑period and year‑over‑year trends and variances.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports and participate in management projects.
• Add value through analytical insights and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with internal customers and management.
• Develop technical skills for process improvements.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
• Communicate clearly and accurately with team members and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration with Accounting concentration, or related fields with an accounting certification.
• 2-5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in a multi‑unit environment is preferred.

This role is primarily office‑based and must be in commutable distance to Scottsdale, Arizona 85255.
