Senior Property Accountant – Real Estate firm with $1B+ in assets

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Our company is a commercial real‑estate firm that manages, develops, and invests in industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and other real‑estate properties, overseeing more than 1.2 billion dollars in assets across the Southwest.

Reconcile account balances and bank statements.

Maintain the general ledger.

Prepare month‑end close procedures.

• Accounting degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with SAGE software preferred.
• Strong Excel proficiency required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

On‑site work most days with minimal remote flexibility.
