Accounting Manager

I am hiring for my client, a fast-growing, private equity–backed company scaling quickly through acquisitions.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll help build and scale accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead a small team while also owning the accounting for one business unit—ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves in a growth-stage company.

• Manage and mentor a team of ~4 senior accountants
• Oversee accounting across multiple operating units
• Own full-cycle accounting for one business unit
• Partner closely with leadership and operational teams
• Support process improvements and system enhancements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of accounting experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience partnering with operations/non-accounting teams
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Multi-entity or multi-site experience
• Background in a smaller, hands-on environment
• Experience in retail, inventory, or operationally focused industries
