Staff Accountant
Annexus is a well‑established, highly profitable, fast‑paced company in North Scottsdale. We have a unique opportunity for a strong accountant to join our collaborative, high‑performing accounting department. Note this position is on‑site in our beautiful North Scottsdale office.
Responsibilities- Receive, track, and enter all vendor bills into the accounts payable system.
- Review and approve all expense reports in T&E software.
- Prepare and report on vendor and marketing spend.
- Allocate overhead expenses across various business units.
- Re‑allocate certain systematic transactions such as payroll & benefits.
- Reconcile various GL accounts.
- Prepare entries to accrue certain vendor & event‑related expense.
- Record depreciation and amortization.
- Prepare weekly ACH batches for payment.
- Obtained or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
- Future candidate for CPA exam.
- Proficiency with all areas of Microsoft Office suite (especially Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent project/time management, verbal, and written communication.
- Experience with Net Suite, Concur, Coupa, Blackline is a plus.
