• Drive month‑end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Analyze inventory, margins, and cost accounting data to support business decisions
• Lead initiatives to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting
• Help develop credit review procedures and manage complex accounts receivable activities
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service
• Support audits, sales tax compliance, and financial reporting
• Help build KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the accounting function

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience with month‑end close and financial reporting
• Process improvement mindset—you naturally look for better ways to do things
• Self‑starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• ERP experience (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
