Division Controller

• Lead the monthly financial close and reporting process while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key business trends, and provide actionable insights to operational leadership.
• Partner with department leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and maintain a strong internal control environment.
• Work closely with shared services and cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
• Support strategic business initiatives through financial analysis and operational partnership.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff while preparing for future leadership responsibilities.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Approximately 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination of both.
• CPA designation preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and budgeting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility.

• Highly Competitive Base Salary
• 15%-20% annual bonus target (historically the avg is 120% with some bonus years achieving 200%)
