in Arizonatomaintainfinancialrecordsandreportsofthecompany,facilitatethemonth-endcloseprocess,performaccountreconciliations,salestaxreporting,and oversee
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable .Thispositionwillalsoassisttheleadershipwithbudgetsandforecastandothergeneral-ledgertasks.

- Preparemonthlyclosingjournalentriesin Quickbooks.
- Maintainreconciliationsforbalancesheetandincomestatementaccounts.
- Reconcilevendorpayablesandcustomerreceivables.
- Managecustomerbillingandcollections.
- Ensurerevenueandexpensesareproperlyrecordedin Quickbooks.
- Processandmaintaindaily,weekly,andmonthlycashreconciliations.
- Managevendorbillingandpaymentremittanceincludingoverseeingthe Accounting Coordinatorwithprocessingapprovedinvoicesintheaccountingsystemandcorrespondingpaymentstovendors .
- Overseethemanagementofmonthlycompanycreditcardreconciliations.
- Overseemulti-statesalestaxprocessingandreconcilerelatedsalestaxliabillityaccounts.
- EnsurecompliancewithGAAPandcompanypolicies.
- Responsibleforgeneratingmonthlysalescommissionreportsandstatements.
- Supportfinancialyear-endauditandotherreportingrequests.
- Performsotherrelateddutiesasassigned.
- Professionalself-starterandservice-orientedteamplayerwhoisabletoworkbothindependentlyandcollaborativelyonateamwithotherdepartmentstoprioritizetaskstomeetandenforcedeadlinesformultipleprojectsatatime.
- Takesaproactiveapproachtoproblem-solving.

- 3-5yearsofmanagementexperience.
- 3yearsofexperienceworkingwithsalestax.
- Demonstratedexperiencewithaccounting,HRISandCRMsoftware.
Quickbooks,Miterand Hubspotpreferred. - Abilitytopassapre-employmentdrugscreenandbackgroundcheck.
- Abilitytosit,stand,drive,and/orwalkfor2-10hoursperday.
- Prolongedperiodssittingatadeskandworkingonacomputerfor2-8hoursperday.
- Physicalcapabilitytoperformtasksinvolvingfrequentstanding,sitting,walking,driving,bending,stooping,squatting,kneeling,pushing/pulling,twisting,reaching,climbing,fingerandfootcontrol,writingandrepetitivehandling/grasping.
