Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a dedicated accounts receivable clerk to join their team on a part-time temporary basis. This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexibility and an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance environment in Chandler, Arizona. The position is 100% in-office, ensuring a collaborative and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Analyze aging reports and manage payment postings efficiently.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate account reconciliation.
• Provide support in maintaining detailed and organized financial records.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Hours:

This is a part-time role, requiring 25 hours per week with flexible days and hours, Monday through Friday. The assignment is expected to last approximately 6-8 weeks.
